Last Wednesday, the Bush 43 executive order prohibiting fetal stem cell research with federal money. On Friday, the Ominbus bill was signed by the President who evidently had not noticed that the perennially offered Dicky - Wicker amendment which prohibits federal funding of fetal stem cell research.
